PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize the damping power on acceleration and to reduce a coil current by regenerating a stepping motor for turning on/off the coil current according to an excitation pattern at the switching timing of the excitation pattern. SOLUTION: Vref on constant current is fed to a control part 1 and the rotary speed of a motor 6 is set. The control part 1 generates an excitation pattern for driving the motor according to an instruction and outputs a+ to e+ and a-to e-. A drive part 5 energizes the coil of the motor for rotation according to the excitation pattern being inputted to FETs. A PWM 3 where a voltage being proportional to a current is applied performs detection, a PWM generator outputs a PWM signal Spwm based on a difference to the Vref of the control part 1, and the signal is converted into Vm at a DC/DC conversion part 2. Then, the signal is inputted to the + side of the drive part 5 and a current is fed to the motor 6. When the value of Vref is increased and the Spwm signal is set to L, the FET at the DC/DC conversion part 2 is turned on and Vm=V1 is fed to the drive part 5. |
