PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an off-line room entering managing method which is inexpensive for facility use and easy to execute. SOLUTION: A card read/write means for reading the reading ID and inserting time data and writing them in a medium, when a memory medium such as an IC card is inserted to the neighborhood of a door device with an ID reading part to be opened by inserting an ID card 1 carried with by an individual or the door device is provided to tabulate-manage ID card inserting data written in the memory medium, such as the IC card by off-line by this card read/write means. |
