PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of improving the efficiency of the transfer work of registered mail which is delivers articles, to accurately managing the articles and improving the security. SOLUTION: This system is provided with plural registered mail storing devices 3 for temporarily storing registered mail received from a customer, a terminal equipment 2 for inputting information on registered mail to store in these storing devices and a managing server 1 communicatably connected with this terminal equipment. Then, an identifying number is set beforehand to each storing device and when information on registered mail including the identifying number of the storing device storing the registered mail is received from a guest, the terminal equipment transmits this information to the managing server. At the time of receiving this information on registered mail from the terminal equipment, the managing server prepared registered mail data to store in an external storing device Ic to construct a database for managing registered mail. Thereby, data can be easily extracted for each storing device, to facilitate the collation of registered mail fetched from the storing device. |
