PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hole the relation of the relative position of plural pieces of information by finding the deviation amount of one piece of information caused by editing and changing the output position of the other information corresponding to that deviation amount. SOLUTION: The information of an inserted comment is read out of the quotation format storage area of a MEM 14, and the respective deviation amounts in the inserted comment information in (x) and (y) directions are calculated and respectively stored in the MEM 14 as xMove and yMove. Next, original ink data composed of the stroke data and audio data of mail to be quoted are read out of the storage area of the MEM 14 storing received mail copied and stored in a work area inside the MEM 14, and the stored values of xMove and yMove are respectively stored in the MEM 14 as the values of xOffset and yOffset. Concerning the copied ink data, a moving routine is called and the moving routine is executed. After movement, the ink data are plotted in a memory for display and displayed on a screen. As a result, the relation of the relative position between the text data contained in the received mail and the ink data is not changed before and after quotation processing. |
