PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonly use a conductive attaching member which electrically connects the circuit pattern of a circuit board to a signal transmitting member, as a member which mechanically fixes the circuit board to the signal transmitting member. SOLUTION: Terminals 34 and 36 are fixed on a printed board 24 on which a circuit element related to a snubber circuit 32 is mounted, and the ends 40 of the terminals 34 and 36 are soldered to a circuit pattern. The terminals 34 and 36 fixed to the printed board 24 are electrically connected to bus bars 48 through terminals 46 by screwing screws 44 passed through the through holes 42 of the terminals 34 and 36 in the bus bars 48 through the terminals 46.
