<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more finely disperse a pigment as compared with the conventional flashing method, to obtain toner matrix particles for developing an electrostatic charge image ensuring clearer satisfactory color reproducibility and color forming property at the time of forming a full-color image and to obtain a toner and a developer using the toner matrix particles. SOLUTION: This toner matrix particles contain a bonding resin and a resin coated pigment obtd. by heating and kneading an aq. paste of a pigment (A) and a resin (B) which is solid at ordinary temp. in the presence of a pigment dispersant (C) represented by the formula P-[X-Y-Z-N(R<1> )R<2> ]n , removing the water and carrying out coating with the resin B. In the formula, P is the residue of an org. coloring material, the residue of a heterocyclic ring, etc., X is a divalent bonding group comprising 2-15 atoms selected from the group consisting of S, C, N, O and H, Y is a direct bond or -O-, Z is a 1-6C alkylene, R<1> and R<2> are individually a 1-18C alkyl or a heterocyclic ring and (n) is an integer of 1-3.</p> |
