摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately diagnose abnormality and a fault of a working machine such as a construction machine by providing a decision part, etc., which decides whether or not input/output response data obtained by a detection part is within a previously found proper range. SOLUTION: A test signal output part 21 outputs a test signal to a dynamic element (hydraulc pump, control valve or the like) such as a hydraulic shovel and a detection part 23 detects input/output response data for the dynamic element. A decision part 24 compares the input/output response data obtained by the detection part 23 with corresponding proper range data in a memory 22 to decide whether or not the input/output response data is within the previously found proper range. An abnormality/fault diagnostic part 25 judges that the dynamic element which is diagnozed is abnormal or faulty when it is decided that the input/output response data is not within the proper range. Further, an abnormality/fault prediction part 27 estimates the time that the diagnosed dynamic element requires to enter the abnormal or faulty state according to the comparison result of the comparison part 26 to predict the abnormality or fault.
