PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit various data (information) from a slave equipment to a master equipment by disconnecting a carrier on a back porch part of a vertical synchronizing signal in a video signal. SOLUTION: The visual intercom device is provided with a slave equipment BQ1 for modulating and transmitting a video signal f1 photographed by a telecamera CM1 and a master equipment AQ1 for demodulating the transmitted video signal and outputting the demodulated signal to a monitor M1. The slave BQ1 is provided with a sensor 1 such as a brightness sensor, a human sensor and a rain sensor arranged in the slave BQ1 itself or its circumference and a means for editing an output signal from the sensor 1 to a video signal as linked data by disconnecting a carrier on a back porch part of a vertical synchronizing signal of the video signal in accordance with the output signal. The master AQ1 is provided with a means for reproducing the linked data from the video signal transmitted from the slave BQ1. |
