摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correct a deviation in a position between artificial satellites of which observation time is different. SOLUTION: A relative coefficient calculation position decision part 12 sets search areas in four corners of a picture and resets or re-resets in a specified direction when those areas are inappropriate as measurement areas for deviation in a position. When appropriate number of measurement areas cannot be acquired in the corners, the search areas are set in a central part. A relative coefficient operation part 13 calculates relative coefficient between both pictures in each search area and decides appropriateness/inappropriateness as measurement area from the result. That is, a peak of the calculated relative value or a differentiated value is compared with a threshold value and, when it is appropriate as a measuring position of an amount of dislocation, the amount of dislocation of each measurement area is measured by a dislocation correction amount calculation part 15 and an average value of each amount of dislocation is stored as a correction amount.
