PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make two kinds of voltages treatable with one feed terminal part to minimize the area necessary for the connecting part of a feed bus bar, and simplify the structure by using a feed terminal part having an insulated double conductor member. SOLUTION: A fed voltage is supplied to a circuit board 1 through a feed terminal part (insert) 15 by an upper feed bus bar 3 and a lower feed bus bar 5. The lower feed bus bar 5 is connected to an outside conductor member 9, and the upper feed bus bar 3 is connected in contact with the upper surface of an inside conductor member 10. The lower feed bus bar 5 is insulated from the upper feed bus bar 3 by an insulator 4, and the outside conductor member 9 is insulated from the inside conductor member 10 by an insulator 12. Thus, the lower feed bus bar 5, the outside conductor member 9 and a lower power source layer 7 are insulated from the upper feed bus bar 3, the inside conductor member 10 and arm upper power source layer 8. |
