摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct and reduce the irregularity in a rotary speed in real time, by monitoring the rotary speed of a stepping motor and generating a control signal for bringing closer to a target value and at the same time varying the rotary speed in real time. SOLUTION: A reference signal is outputted from a reference signal generator 400 to a phase signal generator 401 for creating a phase signal and a ROM 402 with a micro step pattern table. A phase signal being created by the phase signal generator 401 is outputted to a motor driver IC 404, and a micro step pattern being outputted from a reference signal and an acceleration/deceleration signal from an acceleration/deceleration information generator 409 is determined in the ROM 402. A speed difference to a target value is detected from the output of a rotary encoder 406 being mounted to a motor shaft by a speed difference detector 407, and the speed difference is converted into a control signal by a control device 408. The control signal is outputted from the acceleration/deceleration information generator 409 to the ROM 401 as acceleration/deceleration information. As a result, in all stepping motors, feedback control is made, thus correcting wow/flutter in real time.
