PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector mechanism capable of protruding a push rod from a push-in position to discharge an IC card only when inserting the IC card and holding the push rod at the push-in position when not inserting the IC card. SOLUTION: When an IC card is not inserted, an operation part 12a is locked to the cam face of a cam groove 14 to hold a push rod 4 at a push-in position and, even if the push rod 4 is pushed therein in such a state, the operation part is kept not to be removed from the cam face with the energizing force of a thrusting member. When the IC card is inserted, a restriction part 15c is moved to block part of the cam face B and, when the push rod is pushed therein in such a state, the operation part is transferred to a circulating direction along the cam face of the cam groove, so that the push rod 4 is protruded from the push-in position to the protrusion position and the operation part 12a is put in contact with the support of a driving plate to discharge the IC card in the process of pushing the push rod 4 again to the push-in position.
