PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of precisely positioning an electronic component, such as an IC through a simple operation. SOLUTION: When a movable bar 10 is pushed down from a cylinder 20, positioning bars 30, 40 are pushed open by cam followers 32, 42, and the space of alignment pawls 31, 41 is opened. A vacuum pad 12 is decompressed under the state, and an IC 1 is sucked. When the movable bar 10 is drawn in this state in which the IC 1 is sucked, an alignment closing section 15 is engaged with the cam followers 32, 42. As a result, the positioning bars 30, 40 are closed, the four side faces of the IC 1 are held down by the alignment pawls 31, 41, and the position of the IC 1 is corrected to a specified position with respect to the central axis of the movable bar 10. |
