PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the arrangement of the tool of a work machine handling parts efficiently and condition close to an optimum solution stably in whatever a case. SOLUTION: The parts required for the next work are portioned out preferentially to the work machine, where the arranged tool lies as regards the ones corresponding to the arranged tool arranged in each work machine in a previous work. For the arrangement of the tools for handling the parts portioned out to each work machine, the priority is set as it is to the arrangement in the previous work as regards the arranged tool corresponding to the parts being portioned out preferentially, and for the arrangement of the tools to be portioned out anew, corresponding to the parts portioned out anew to each work machine, it is set in such arrangement that they do not interfere with one another, considering the size and the contiguous positional relation of the arranged tools or the arrangement-set tools whose arrangement is set already, etc., prior to dealing with the next work. |
