PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce constituting parts as much as possible, reduce the manpower of working and manpower of management in mounting, and provide superior productivity and high dimensional, precision at low cost by arranging a plurality of covered wires between thermally fusible molded sheets having a prescribed form, and mutually adhering and forming the molded sheets into a desired form. SOLUTION: Upper and lower laminate sheets 2, 3 are formed into a prescribed form by punching, jig holes 2a, 3a are formed on the sheets 2, 3, and a mounting part 2b having a mounting hole 2c is formed on the upper laminate sheets 2. An alignment jig 5 having a comb-tooth shaped separating claw 5a is arranged in the jig holes 2a, 3a from the lower side of the lower laminate sheet 3, a plurality of covered wires 4 are arranged in parallel by the use of the separating claw 5a, and the upper and lower laminate sheets 2, 3 are pressed and thermally fused by a thermal press machine. Since the dimensional precision is high, the mounting on a vehicle body mounting surface can be facilitated by mounting a clip by utilizing the mounting hole 2c. |
