PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head easy in assembling, small in size and low in cost by forming a minute micomirror to be used in an integration type optical head into easily handleable size and reducing the area of a photodiode chip and also expanding the pitch of the pattern of a hologram. SOLUTION: The restriction of the outside width of a raising mirror 33 is eliminated and a mircomirror is formed into easily handleable size by using the raising mirror 33 in which a reflection film is applied only on the area wanted to reflect a light of the slope of a microprism and an AR coating (a reflectionless coating) is applied on other area. Also, when the width of the reflection film is limited only on the area reflecting the light actually, since the area where return light is shaded can be made minimum, the reducing of the area of the photodiode chip and the expanding of the pitch of the pattern of the hologram is realized as compared with the conventional integration type optical head. |
