PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesiveness with respect to a metal, high temperature sealing property, and electrolyte resistance of a seal section, and to secure adhesion and airtightness by surface-treating a terminal portion heat-sealed for sealing with maleic anhydride denatured polypropylene (maleic PP). SOLUTION: A terminal guided from the electrodes of the polymer battery of a lithium ion secondary battery and the packaging material of a battery case are heat-sealed. An aluminum foil 2 laminated with an exterior film 1', such as an extension nylon film for reinforcing the outer face, is used for the packing material, for example, a PP film 4 is heat-laminated on its inner face preferably via the coating of a maleic PP 3, and a maleic PP 5 is applied on it. A battery terminal 7 coated with a maleic PP 6 to a thickness of 2-10 g/m<2> at a heat seal portion A and a portion B of 2-5 mm on the outside in advance is inserted and heat-sealed. |
