PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the system having high flexibility in operation/use regulation and the security function of operation/use management. SOLUTION: A human interface operation capability authentication system regulating an operation processing on units 2 and 3 in accordance with operation capability is provided with input means 18 and 19, an individual authentication means 15 obtaining identification information for identifying an operator, a capability data storage means 17 storing information of permitted operation types in accordance with respective operators, and an operation capability authentication means 16 retrieving the capability data storage means 17 based on identification information, taking out information of the permitted operation types and transferring operation input to an operation processing only when operation input from the input means 18 and 19 is the permitted operation type. |
