PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptation control signal for periodic signal that is robust for a fluctuation or the like of the number of angle vibration of a periodic signal f(n). SOLUTION: An influence of a specific element of a periodic signal f(n) is actively eliminated and a differential signal e(n) is suppressed by adding an adaptive signal y(n) of an opposite phase to the periodic signal f(n) that influences upon an observation point 24. Then, an adaptive signal generation algorithm 11 for generating the adaptive signal y(n) of an orthogonal expression, an adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm 12 for adaptively updating both vibrationsαj (n) andβj (n) and adaptive coefficient vectors W(n)=[...αj (n)..., ...βj (n)..., ...ωj (n)...]T. Hereby, since the number of angle vibrationωj (n) is estimated, robustness is displayed for a fluctuation of the number of angle vibration of the periodic signal f(n).
