The invention relates to a nucleic acid construction characterized in that the nucleic acid derived from a t-RNA existing in nature is extended at the 3' terminus. Extended 3' terminus is not complementary, or only partly, to the nucleotides to be found upstream from a primer binding site. The invention also relates to its production and use for inhibiting reverse transcriptase. |
