SUBSTANCE: external end of output electrode 5 of plasma generator 3 is spaced from point of intersection of plasma generator axis and extension of external surface of fuel pulverizing chamber 1 abutting against pipe connection 2 through distance L = (0.8 - 1)d2, where d2 is diameter of output electrode channel at external end. Angle alpha between plasma generator axis and fuel pulverizing chamber axis is 30 to 150 deg. depending on quality of coal used.
