FIELD: method for hardening type knurling of part loaded along loading axis in groove passing approximately normal relative to loading axis and having minimal curvature radius measured in cross section parallel to loading axis. SUBSTANCE: Groove is subjected to knurling along a large number of tracks arranged one near another and directed approximately normal relative to loading axis. Each track overlaps only a part of groove. Inner stresses created at such knurling have axial and tangential components relative to loading axis. The axial components are substantially larger than tangential ones. Such method is especially suitable for knurling holding groove of stem of turbine blade. EFFECT: lowered equipment and labor consumption, enhanced stability against cracking propagation and against vibration corrosion cracking. 11 cl, 7 exp, 7 dwg |
