FIELD: neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: device has external conductor, epidural catheter and internal conductor inserted into one another coaxially for free displacement along and around axis relative to one another. External conductor is made stiff along the full length, and epidural catheter is made soft along the full length. Internal conductor is manufactured with variable stiffness along the full length from stiff proximal part to extra soft distal part positioned with deflection and turn from 0 to 360 deg with respect to internal conductor axis. EFFECT: reduced traumatization of tissues, volume and doses of introduced preparations; avoidance of open surgical interventions; reduced treatment time. 2 cl, 6 dwg |
