PROCESS OF PREPARATION OF COKES FROM DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS TO MANUFACTURE ANODES OF ALUMINIUM ELECTROLYZERS BEFORE CALCINATION

摘要

FIELD: manufacture of electrodes, preparation of anode mass for manufacture of self-baking anodes of aluminum electrolyzers. SUBSTANCE: two zones as minimum are isolated at storage site on which cokes of same nature but from different suppliers are unloaded separately in uniform horizontal layers as they are delivered layer by layer. When capacity of storage in one of zones is finally filled up coke is fed for crushing and calcination by taking it from face end of multilayer pile in this zone in vertical layers over its entire height. EFFECT: possibility of stabilization of properties of calcined coke and thanks to it stabilization of preparation of anode mass and improvement of its quality. 2 tbl
