FIELD: medicine; stomatology. SUBSTANCE: teeth cleaning is started with tongue surface of lower jaw frontal section by vertical motions according to tooth axis till contact with oral cavity bottom is obtained. In near-neck region cleaning is performed by horizontal motions. To facilitate brush access to molars of external surface of upper jaw, oral cavity must be closed slightly. Vestibular surfaces of frontal sections are brought to single plane by moving out lower jaw somewhat forward. EFFECT: elimination of pathologic process in oral cavity. 2 tbl
