摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain highly precise ultrasonic flaw detection even in the case where an object has a curved surface. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a probe 1 for ultrasonic flaw detection, a X-directional driving means 2 and a Ydirectional driving means 3 for moving the probe 1 to a X-direction along a surface of an object and a Y-direction orthogonal to the X-direction respectively. A flexible mechanism 4 for connecting the probe 1 to a surface direction of the object to be freely reciprocated relating to the driving means 2 is provided, and the probe 1 is energized to the surface side of the object by the flexible mechanism 4. Fixing means 6 for fixing detachably a frame 5 to the surface of the object are provided respectively in four corner parts of the frame 5 to support the driving means 2 and 3. Each fixing means 6 has a magnet holder 60 to be freely attracted to the surface of the object, and a connecting part 62 for connecting the magnet holder 60 to be freely moved and fixable relating to the frame 5.
