PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating compsn. which can be hardened at a low temp. and renders an excellent paint film appearance by employing a urethodione group contg. polyaddn. compd. composed of an isophorone diisocyanate together with a specific hardening catalyst in a polyurethane powder coating material. SOLUTION: The subject compsn. comprises (1) one or more kinds of polyols selected form the group consisting of a polyesterpolyol, an acrylpolyol, a fluoropolyol, a polycarbonatepolyol, an epoxypolyol and a urethanepolyol, (2) a urethodione group contg. polyaddn. compd. composed of an isophorone diisocyanate and (3) one or more kinds of hardening catalysts selected from the group consisting of a butyl tin stearate, a butyl tin acetate, tin acetylacetonate and dimethyl tin oxide. |
