<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an evacuation path by installing the stairs for a stair landing on a second floor along one side wall of an alcove, forming an ascending port in an L-shape rising from the other side wall side and forming two stages, where evacuation passage width is taken between the ascending port and the side wall. SOLUTION: Stairs 6 ascending onto a stair landing 5 on a second floor are mounted along one side wall 3 of left-right side walls in an alcove 1. The stair landing 8 is set up at a projecting place outer than the exterior wall surface of a building in the ascending port of the stairs 6. A tread section 9 only at one stage is fitted while being projected to the side wall 4 side on the reverse side to the side wall 3, along which the stairs 6 are placed, in the stair landing 8, and the ascending port section is formed in an L shape. Accordingly, since passage width L between the front end of the tread section 9 and the side wall 4 is sufficient for entrance and exit to and from the first floor section of the alcove 1, an evacuation path can be ensured while a passage for ascending and descending to and from the stairs 6 need not be installed on the front side.</p> |
