PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the grasp change timing of clutch-to-clutch properly without extending a shift time. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that the shift is carried out by grasp changing a release side clutch and an engage side clutch by dropping gradually the torque capacity of the release side clutch by a release side hydraulic control mechanism and also gradually increasing the torque capacity of the engage side clutch by an engage side hydraulic control mechanism. A control means for giving the control order of an engage side clutch oil pressure for the engage side hydraulic control mechanism is provided and after the control means gives a first hydraulic order varried to adjust the timing of the grasp change of the clutch for the engage side clutch, in the term until an inertia phase is started, for a prescribed time, the control means gives a second hydraulic order for maintaining the oil pressure varried to adjust the torque capacity of the engage side clutch at the grasp changing time. |
