The system has a lever (1) which is mounted on a support (2) and pivots on an axis (3) between an inactive position (1a) and an active position (1b). The lever is connected to a cable (10) through a sliding assembly (G) which includes a housing (13) enclosing the base of the lever and attached to one end of the cable. The housing slides longitudinally inside the support. A displacement system (18,19) is used to move the housing under the action of the lever.
