<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new gas analyzer which can easily realize multi- component measurement, by reducing the size of a sector structure. SOLUTION: A sector 3 is positioned oppositely to one ends of a comparative cell 2 enclosing a reference gas and a sample cell 1 through which a sample gas is made to flow. The sector 3 has a drum-like shape, and slits 3a and 3b are formed through the outer peripheral wall of the drum. The sector 3 contains a light source 4 and is rotated by means of a motor 5. When the sector 3 is rotated, the light emitted from the light source 4 is alternately made incident to the sample cell 1 or comparative cell 2. The light transmitted through each cell is detected by means of a detector 6.</p> |
