PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate vinyl chloride resin surely and efficiently crushed by the mechanical shear fracture of a vinyl chloride resin obtained by an aqueous suspension polymerization method at a relatively low temperature and having an average particle diameter of 0.5-50μm, to provide a method for producing the particulate vinyl chloride resin, and to provide a molded product using the particulate vinyl chloride resin. SOLUTION: This particulate vinyl chloride resin is obtained by adding a mechanical shear force to a vinyl chloride resin produced by an aqueous suspension polymerization method under a condition comprising a resin temperature of 90-160 deg.C to crush the resin into the particles having a volume-average particle diameter of 0. 5-50μm. The mechanical shear force has an energy (E) holding a relation: E1 <=E<=E2 between an energy (E1 ) expressed by equation I and an energy (E2 ) expressed by equation II. Equation I: E1 (MJ/m<3> )=[10<2>×(10<-3>×P)<1.5> ]×(7×10<18>×T<-7.5> ), equation II: E2 (MJ/m<3> = [10<4> (10<-3>×P)<1.5> ]×(7×10<18>×T<-7.5> ), wherein P is a numberaverage polymerization degree; T is a resin temperature ( deg.C).
