摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of highly accurately and continuously measuring the density of the fine amount of Fe and Cu in the secondary system water supply of the pressurized water reactor of an atomic power plant without the need of labor and time. SOLUTION: The fine amount of Fe and Cu in the secondary system water supply is scavenged by the filter 13 of a flow cell 11 and it is detected by fluorescent X-ray analysis. Moreover, the plural flow cells 11 and 12 are provided, the filter 13 for scavenging the granular components of Fe and Cu is provided in one flow cell 11, the filter 14 for scavenging the ion components of Fe and Cu is provided in the other flow cell 12 and fluorescent X-ray detectors 21 and 22 are equipped in the respective flow cells 11 and 12.
