PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste incinerator producing high temperature superheated vapor without requiring an independent superheater. SOLUTION: An ash remover 50 is interposed between an incinerator body and the superheater of a waste heat boiler. Exhaust gas enters into a cyclon section 51 through an exhaust gas inlet 54 to produce a swirl flow. Ash in the exhaust gas is separated from the exhaust gas by the centrifugal force of the swirl flow and adheres to the wall face of the cyclon section 51. The ash adhering to the wall face of the cyclon section 51 is heated by a heat storage burner 56 and fused to flow down on the wall face of the cyclon section 51. Subsequently, it drops from the funnel type lower section of cyclon section 51 down to a water sealed conveyor 53 and discharged to the outside. Since the ash is removed by the ash remover 50, corrosion due to exhaust gas is lessened and the superheater of a waste heat boiler can be installed in a high temperature section. According to the arrangement, high temperature superheated vapor can be obtained. |
