PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign post capable of having various warning functions and to properly select combination of the warning functions and the fitting position. SOLUTION: A flexible pillar-like member 3 is standingly provided on a base member 2 capable of being fixed onto a road surface and the like, and a plurality of body members 4 (4A-4H) fitted to the pillar-like member 3 from the outside are electrically connected together through connecting pins 5 and lead wire. At least one of the body members 4 is provided with a warning means combing together a proximity sensor, a ligh emission device, and a control device, and when approach of a person or a vehicle is sensed, the light emission device such as LED is flickered. Even when the sign post 1 is deformed and the mutual connected condition of the body members 4 is intercepted, the LED or the like is set to be flickered. |
