Uses motor driven brushes and angled guides. The device has a brush (4), driven by a motor (5), which rotates in a casing (1) fitted with a lateral longitudinal opening (2). This opening (2) extends along the brush axis so that the brush appears by a guides (6,7) for the vegetables to be peeled/cleaned. The casing (1) is closed at each one end by a cover (16) designed to enclose the brush (4) and to ensure protection against peelings. The vegetable guide system is formed from two rollers (6,7), one (6) rotates freely on a shaft (18) fixed to supports (10). The roller (7) is mounted so that it freely rotates on a shaft (19) fixed to an arm (8) hinged on a shaft (9) parallel to the shaft (18). A spring (12) ensures that the vegetable is pressed against the roller (6) so that it is rotated by the turning movement of the brush (2).
