发明名称 EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT FACILITY OF ELECTRIC FURNACE FOR STEEL MAKING
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save consumption of fuel required for thermal decomposition of hazardous constituents by heating an exhaust gas having a temperature not higher than a specified temperature by providing in an electric furnace facility for steel making a regenerative combustion device capable of recovering sensible heat of the gas heated. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas from an electric furnace 1 is introduced into a combustion tower 2 and unburned constituents in the waste gas are burned in the combustion tower 2 and splashes and the like in process of refining are settled and temperature of the exhaust gas is measured at an outlet of the combustion tower 2. In the case wherein measured temperature is a hazardous constituent decomposition temperature of not higher than 800C, the waste gas is cleared of dust by a dust removing device 3 before being introduced to a regenerative combustion device 4 and the regenerative combustion device 4 heats the hazardous constituents to a temperature of not lower than 800C needed for decomposition of the hazardous constituents by a kerosene fuel 5. After such treatments, the gas obtained by decomposing the hazardous constituents in exhaust waste gas is cooled by a water cooled duct 6 and guided to a bag filter 7.
