PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat boiler for a waste incinerator capable of obtaining high temperature superheated steam using only the heat source of the waste incinerator, enabling the efficient heat recovery of a burner of independent superheater and without the necessity of steam for exhaust gas heating. SOLUTION: Heat is exchanged between exhaust gas and air inside an air heater 45 and the air is heated. The heated air is conducted to an independent superheater 48, and the cooled exhaust gas is conducted to an exhaust gas heater 50. Saturated steam generated by an exhaust gas boiler main body 42 is conducted to the independent superheater 48. The steam is heated by the air inside the independent superheater 48 and fed to generator turbines. The exhaust gas fed from the air heater 45 is heated by the air inside an exhaust heater 50 and blown into the waste heat boiler 42. The air is blown into the exhaust gas path 41 raising exhaust gas temperature. |
