PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify breather structure. SOLUTION: A steering gear case 28 integrated with a steering gear mechanism 27 therein is connected with a transmission case 9 at its upper part, and the inside of the transmission case 9 is communicated with the inside of a steering gear case 28, and a breather 39 directed outward out of the transmission case 9 is formed at a place faced to a gear 32 to be rotated around the vertically directed axial center of the steering gear mechanism 27 out of the upper plate 28a of the steering gear case 28.
