PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitize the analytical results by linking an analytical object existing in a humor sample with a specifically linked marked partner to thereby form a composite, carrying the composite and a marked and linked partner which is not reacted to a second region along a matrix by the aid of capillarity, and catching the partner which is not linked therein a third region. SOLUTION: In a first region having a fixed analysis object and an enzyme- linked antibody specific to an analysis object to be measured, a composite of an analysis object and a marked linked partner is formed. The concentration is determined by fixing the linked body in a separate detection region from a region where the marked linked partner to the analysis object is catched, downstream of a test piece. Namely, a signal from the marked linked partner which can be detected in a second region and a signal having a physically detectable characteristic from the marked and linked partner in a third region are measured, and the ratio between the signals is determined, and thereby the accuracy of test on the concentration of analysis object is improved. |
