PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively detect a liquid level without an error by contactlesswise measuring the hight of level of analyzation liquid in a container before precisely measuring the same. SOLUTION: This device comprises a carrying line 8 for carrying a specimen tube 4 containing a specimen 5 to a dispensing position, a suction nozzle 16 sucking the specimen 5 at the position, and a precise measurement mechanism 10 measuring the height of liquid level of the specimen 5 precisely. The device further comprises a rough measurement mechanism 9 roughly measuring a postition in the vicinity of the liquid level height of the specimen 5 before precisely measuring the height thereof, and means for controlling the relative position between the mechanism 10 and the tube 4. Accordingly, the purpose is attained, and also the time for dispensing the analysis liquid can be made short. |
