PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that facilitates the operation of securely fitting an encoder unit over a predetermined part of an inner ring and that avoids damage to the encoder unit during the operation. SOLUTION: An encoder unit 12a is securely fitted over a cylindrical face part 19 provided on the outer peripheral face of the middle part of an inner ring 4. The encoder unit 12a comprises a holding ring 13a made of a metallic plate and an encoder main body 14a made of a rubber magnet. A collar part 21 shaped like an outward flange is provided at the end of the holding ring 13a. To securely fit the encoder unit 12a over the cylindrical face part 19, the end face of a pressing jig is pressed against the collar part 21.
