<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase operation angle variable width without increasing diameters of a circular disc and a control ring which are variable (eccentric) mechanism members. SOLUTION: A circular disc 4, which is rotatably fitted and supported to a control ring 3 oscillatable in a direction perpendicular to an axis of a driving shaft 1, is arranged between the driving shaft 1 rotated synchronously to a crank shaft of an engine and a cam shaft 2 rotatably arranged on an outer periphery of the driving shaft 1. The driving shaft 1 and the cam shaft 2 are operatively associated with each other, by means of a pair of pins 14, 24 which are formed on the disc 4 with a spacing of 180 degrees, and engagement grooves 13, 23 respectively formed on the driving shaft 1 and the cam shaft 2. Rotational centers of the driving shaft 1 and the cam shaft 2 are formed eccentrically to each other.</p> |
