PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance the operation state of a diaphragm for forming an equilibrium room at a negative pressure introducing time and atmospheric pressure introducing time. SOLUTION: An insulator 7 for absorbing and shutting off the vibration from a vibration body and a vibration isolation mechanism 1, provided in series for the insulator 7, consisting of a liquid room consisting of a main room 11, auxiliary room 12 and orifice 16 in which a liquid as non-compressive fluid is sealed in and an equilibrium room 13 formed through a diaphragm 15 in the main room 11 are provided between the upper connection member 9 installed on the vibration body and the lower connection member 99 installed on the member, etc., of a car body side. A switching means 3 for switching so as to introduce either one of a negative pressure or atmospheric pressure and a control means 5 for controlling the switching of the switching means 3 are provided in the equilibrium room 13 of the vibration isolation mechanism 1. The sectional area of the route 25 of the side for introducing the atmospheric pressure to the switching means 3 is made larger than the route 21 of the side introducing the negative pressure. |
