PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel joint structure formed when the external wall or the like of a construction is formed with a regular size panel. SOLUTION: This panel joint structure is composed of a panel A having its cross section formed in a hat shape, a horizontal fixed surface, rising pieces having both ends of the fixed surface bend upward, a fixed member B formed of fitting pieces 8 having the inner side of the rising pieces protruding inward, a cover surface 10 composed of a horizontal and soft resin, an engaging piece having near the center of the cover surface 10 hanging down, and a lengthy cover member C having and engaging claw 12 formed by protruding both sides of the engaging piece outward. The panel A is fixed by superimposing a fixing piece 4 of the panel A and fixing the fixing piece 4 to the building frame through a fixing meansβand the fixing surface of the fixing member B inserted into a jointγof the fixed panel A is fixed to the building frame through the fixing meansβ, while the cover member C is fixed to the jointγby engaging the engaging claw 12 of the cover member C with the fitting piece 8 of the fixing member B.
