UNDERCOATING AGENT FOR CONTROLLING NOISE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an undercoating agent for controlling noise, good in spray operating efficiency and capable of providing a coating film, capable of imparting excellent chipping resistance characteristics and adhesion and further excellent in noise controlling properties. SOLUTION: This undercoating agent for controlling noise comprises a vinyl chloride-based resin containing >=50 wt.% vinyl chloride-based resin particles composed of primary particles having <=5μm average particle diameter and secondary particles which are agglomerates of the primary particles and have <=100μm average particle diameter in the undercoating agent for controlling the noise containing the vinyl chloride-based resin, an organic foaming agent, a plasticizer and a filler.
