摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermosensitive flowmeter of high precision and high reliability without causing increase of cost. SOLUTION: This flowmeter is equipped with a first thermosensitive resistor Rh detecting the flow rate in a fluid channel 19, a second thermosensitive resistor Rk detecting the atmospheric temperature in the fluid channel, a power source 1 for supplying a current to each of the resistors, a first control circuit 11 for controlling a first consumption current ih such a manner that the heating temperature of the first thermosemsitive resistor Rh becomes a specific temperature, and a second control circuit 16 for controlling a second consumption current ik flowing in a second thermosensitive resistor Rk, so as to be decreased by a specific ratio to the first consumption current in. The second control circuit 16 responds to the terminal voltage of a first thermosensitive resistor Rh. At least one out of both terminals of each thermosensitive resistor is connected in common, and led out to the first control circuit 11. By simple constitution, the consumption current of the second thermosensitive resistor Rk is reduced, and self generation of heat is restrained, and the number of connection terminals with a printed board on the fluid channel is reduced.</p>
