摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put advantageously to practical use a stopper mechanism capable of exhibiting a displacement amount control function effective in a rebound direction, by diplacing a shaft member to the side of a mass removing cavity relative to an outer tube member if a flexible film demarcating an equilibrium chamber has a structure directly exposed to the mass removing cavity. SOLUTION: A flexible film 16 is substantially divided at a mass removing cavity 40 into both sides in the circumferential direction. A stopper protection part 54 projecting perpendicularly to the axial direction from the side of a shaft member 12 toward the division portion of the flexible film 16 on the side of an outer tube member 14 is formed continuously in the axial direction within the mass removing cavity 40. A pair of stopper half bodies 68 made of elastic material is fit between confronting surfaces of the stopper projection part 54 and of the division portion of the flexible film 16 on the side of the outer tube member 14, from both sides in the axial direction. A stopper crown body 66 is formed and coveringly mounted on and fixed to a projecting end face of the stopper projection part 54, and an outer surface of the stopper crown body 66 is brought into pressing contact with the division portion of the flexible film 16 on the side of the outer tube member 14.
