PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely recognize an operation of an external gas leakage detecting alarm unit in a closed room for air conditioning. SOLUTION: A gas leakage detecting alarm unit 210 provided outdoor is connected to an indoor unit 12 of a hot water air conditioner 10. When the alarm unit detects gas leakage, a signal indicating detection of the gas leakage is inputted. When a control board provided in the indoor unit inputs the signal of the gas leakage detection, a buzzer is rung, and an LED 128 of a display unit 82 is flashed to inform it. A modem 218 is connected to the indoor unit. When the gas leakage is detected, the detection of the gas leakage is informed to a predetermined place by the modem. |
