PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an idle running of one wheel, by housing balls in recessed grooves in a pair of side ball holders and arranging them endlessly, allowing the balls to move circulatingly so as to cause the left/right side ball holders to rotate differentially according to a rotational difference between left/right wheels. SOLUTION: A pair of side ball holders 6a, 6b are disposed on both sides of a ball carrier 5, a boss 8 having a shaft hole 14 formed therein is projectingly provided inside each of the side ball holders 6a, 6b, and the respective boss 8 are fitted into a ring hole in the middle of the ball carrier 5. Radially extending recessed grooves 16 are formed at equal spaces in butt surfaces 15 of the pair of side ball holders 6a, 6b, and balls are housed and arranged endlessly in the recessed grooves 16, oblong grooves 18 and holes 19 in the ball carrier 5. Differential rotation can be permitted between the two side ball holders 6a, 6b, by allowing the ball to move circulatingly.
